Decide what kind of site you need.
Self promotion - a site with information concerning what services you can provide and details on how to contact you. Use your site as an online portfolio for reference of your work in resumes.
Business - put your business online and promote your services. Use social networking to provide news on events for followers to see and comment on. Have all your other forms of advertising point here for more information about your business and details on pricing, products, contacting, etc.
Personal - a site for uploading pictures and information to share with family and friends.
Progressive - a site that you can slowly develop overtime.

Register a domain name and buy a web hosting plan.

Think about the different components of your site, and put them all together.
Colour scheme - think of a colour scheme. Use the colour wheel for help, and take note of the web-smart list using the 'show full list' link. Write down the colour codes you want used in your site.
Graphics - collect and create images you want used in your site. Design a logo or consult with us a design you would like. Will you have use for image galleries or slideshows?
Content - organise what information you're going to have on each page of your site. Have it typed out ready to go. Proof read your documents to ensure you have no spelling mistakes.
Forms - how are people going to contact you? Draw up a contact form for use on your site. See our example form here. *We will provide a security field on your form, unless otherwise specified. For us to create your form, please use our example guide to set out your form in a word document.
Social networking - link a facebook fan page, twitter feed or rss feed to your site.
Other - what else do you want on your site? A Google map? A news panel? You decide.

Get your ideas over to us.
Email - send us your ideas, word documents and images via email.
File transfer - to send us larger amounts of content, please use file transfer. See how to here.
Consult - talk to us. Tell us how you want your site. We will give you our advice to make your site come alive.

We will G-Design your site.
Design - we involve you throughout the design process. We will take the ideas you sent us for your site and produce a layout for your review. We will email back and forth until your happy with the layout design of your site.
Content - once the design has been lock in by you, we will begin filling your site with the content you supplied to us. We will set up your navigation menu, online forms, and add in the site text.
Going live - after everything is complete, we will upload your site files to your web server.
SEO - search engine optimisation. Using your search booster, we will submit your site to over 400 search engines.
